Dive Publishing, the owner of Dive New Zealand, Dive Pacific and related website, will use your contact details to fulfil your magazine subscription orders and to supply and advise you about other products and services that you may wish to buy from us.

We accept Visa and MasterCard via the Stripe payment gateway. All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.

By purchasing a magazine subscription or other product on the Dive New Zealand/ Dive Pacific website you agree with us to the following terms and conditions:


Our prices for magazines subscriptions include delivery costs but delivery costs for books and other products are additional.

When you subscribe to Dive magazine we aim to deliver your copy to you before it is due to go on sale in retail stores. Your subscription price starts with the next issue to go on sale after payment is received unless otherwise agreed with you.

We aim to expedite delivery but:
• For publications allow up to four to six weeks for your first magazine.
• For international delivery, delivery time will vary dependent on the country of delivery.

If you think we have missed a delivery please email us and, depending on your situation, we will either send you a replacement magazine or extend your current subscription period.

Customer details

If you change your address or contact details you need to advise us right away to avoid missing issues.

Dive Publishing needs the contact information you provide us with to be accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for missing issues if we receive incorrect delivery details.

Back issues

Digital back-issues are available through the web store. Printed back-issues of Dive Pacific are available for purchase depending on availability. Email us at admin@divenewzealand.co.nz tosee if the issue you are interested in is available.

Renewing a subscription

Your magazine subscription will not automatically renew but before the end of your subscription period we will advise you and recommend you renew your subscription and give you instruction show to do this.


Dive Publishing may run prize draws or special offers to new or renewing subscribers. These will be available within New Zealand only unless otherwise stated, and are not redeemable for cash or exchanged for other products. The judges’ decision on any aspect of any prize draw or competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


Subscriptions to Dive magazine are non-refundable and not transferable between products. Please contact us on +64 9 4833914 or email admin@divenewzealand.co.nz formore information.

Any savings quoted are based on our annual cover price.

For products, in some cases, we will make refunds (eg under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) but we will decide this on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations of subscriptions will be actioned as soon as possible but allow any refund to take up to three weeks.


We collect personal information from you, including your name, contact information, billing or purchase information in order to:

·  provide our magazine to you

·  communicate with you by email, phone or email

·  conduct competitions and promotions

·  survey the extent of your customer satisfaction

Besides our staff, we may share this information with:

·  service providers such as printer and distribution company in order to deliver the magazine to you.

·  competition sponsors in order to provide prizes

We keep your information safe by such as firewalls, password access, secure servers and encryption of credit-card transactions via the Stripe payment gateway.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any information we may hold about you, and for it to be corrected if it is wrong. To do this please contact us at admin@divenewzealand.co.nz
